🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

We want you and your pet to love every item from KokoPaws. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


✅ Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • Tags and original packaging must be intact

  • You’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, please email us at kokopaws.shop@gmail.com with:

  1. A photo clearly showing the product’s condition

  2. A short explanation of your return reason

📦 Return address:
Return addresses vary depending on your country.
We’ll provide the correct return address once your request is approved.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Gift cards


🔄 Exchanges

If you’d like a different size, color, or product — the fastest way is to:

  1. Return the item you have

  2. Place a new order once the return is accepted


🇪🇺 EU Cooling-Off Period

If you're located in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without needing to provide a justification.

As with regular returns, the item must be in its original condition, unused and with all tags and packaging.

🚚 Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at kokopaws.shop@gmail.com. We’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • If damage occurred during shipping or you received the wrong item, we’ll provide a pre-paid return shipping label

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and can use any carrier of choice. The original shipping cost is non-refundable (except where required by law, e.g. within the EU, where the standard delivery cost will be refunded).


💳 Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at kokopaws.shop@gmail.com
