At KokoPaws, we want you and your pet to be happy with every order. If something isn’t right — no worries, we’ll help you sort it out! 💛

✅ Easy Returns

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused, unworn, with original tags & packaging
  • Just email us at kokopaws.shop@gmail.com with:

    • A photo of the item

    • A short reason for return

📦 Return address will be provided once your request is approved.

🚫 What Can’t Be Returned

  • Custom / personalized items

  • Gift cards

🔄 Exchanges

Want a different size, color, or product?

  • Return your item

  • Place a new order once the return is accepted

🚚 Shipping Costs

  • If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping.

  • For all other returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • The original shipping cost is non-refundable (except where required by law, e.g. within the EU, where the standard delivery cost will be refunded).

💳 Refunds

  • Refund issued to your original payment within 10 business days after we receive & inspect the return

  • Banks may take extra time to process it

  • If it’s been more than 15 business days, just email us
