At KokoPaws, we want you and your pet to be happy with every order. If something isn’t right — no worries, we’ll help you sort it out! 💛

🎄 Holiday Returns & Exchanges

We know many of our customers shop early for Christmas gifts, so we’ve extended our exchange period for the holidays!

Orders placed between November 11 and December 25 can be exchanged until January 10, 2026.
✅ Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags & packaging.
✅ Please email us at kokopaws.shop@gmail.com with a short note and a photo of the item — we’ll be happy to help with an exchange after the holidays.


✅ Easy Returns

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused, unworn, with original tags & packaging
  • Just email us at kokopaws.shop@gmail.com with a photo of the item and a short reason for return 

📦 Return address will be provided once your request is approved.


🚫 What Can’t Be Returned

- Custom / personalized items

- Gift cards


🔄 Exchanges

Want a different size, color, or product?

- Return your item

- Place a new order once the return is accepted


🚚 Shipping Costs

- If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping.

- For all other returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

- The original shipping cost is non-refundable (except where required by law, e.g. within the EU, where the standard delivery cost will be refunded).


💳 Refunds

- Refund issued to your original payment within 10 business days after we receive & inspect the return

- Banks may take extra time to process it

- If it’s been more than 15 business days, just email us
